Msu extends application date for Bsc courses until July 27 | News from Vadodara

Vadodara: MS University decided on Saturday to extend the dates of online calls for applications for admission to the first year of Bachelor of Science (BSc) to Faculty of Sciences after the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared the results of the class XII examination on Friday.
At the same time, the faculty has also released the General Merit List for Admission to BSc Regular and Higher Payment Programs offered at MK Amin Arts and Science College and Padra College of Commerce.
Traditionally, the faculty conducts the admissions process for first-year bachelor’s admission at both the main campus of the Faculty of Science and the entire Padra campus. But this time, faculty officials decided to complete the admissions process on the Padra campus first.
“The general merit list for admission to the Padra campus has been published on the university’s website. We will start the process of checking documents and selecting subjects from Monday for which students have been asked to come with original documents,” said Dean of the Faculty of Science, Professor Hari Kataria.
“For CBSE students, we have extended the last date until July 27. Students can upload their documents until this date,” he said, adding that 20% of the seats on the Padra campus will remain. reserved for CBSE students.
“On the main campus, we will complete the merit list and award by the first week of August,” he said, adding that the entire process was done online.
The university received 3,500 online applications from aspirants wishing to be admitted to the first year of a bachelor’s degree against 1,080 places in the Faculty of Science and 420 places on the Padra campus.
